Experteer Overview
In this role you will secure reliable IT and OT services for two Electrolux plants, balancing hands-on operations with collaboration across Engineering, Production and R&D.;
You'll govern plant infrastructure, support manufacturing apps, and ensure IT standards and security policies are followed.
You will coordinate with central IT and vendors, manage budgets and drive optimization.
The position offers cross-site impact and opportunities to shape manufacturing IT delivery in Italy.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Manage end-user devices and local infrastructure
Serve as escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations
Coordinate incident resolution with central IT and vendors
Own local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, cabling
Coordinate with external vendors for cabling and upgrades
Ensure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure
Act as IT contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders
Support deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT applications
Ensure alignment with IT standards and security policies
Manage external service providers and SLAs
Support IT asset procurement and lifecycle




Define and manage annual IT budget for both plants
Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities
Support CEO and C-level events ensuring IT readiness
Guarantee network performance for executive presentations and factory demos
On-site presence in Vallenoncello with travel between locations
Responsabilità
Strong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructure
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Basic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
3-8 years experience in IT operations
Fluent in Italian and English
High availability and reliability of plant IT
Strong collaboration with Engineering and Production
Effective IT/OT integration delivery
Standardization across both plants
