Local Business Line Controller - Switchgear

In this role you support the local Switchgears business line in Dalmine by steering financial performance and reporting.
You monitor key financial statements, support budget and forecast processes, and drive cost control and process improvements.
You collaborate with local and global teams to ensure accurate KPIs and financial information.

Financial administration and analysis of P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash flow for the local Switchgears business line in Dalmine
Participate in monthly closing activities (accruals, provisions, postings) and related reporting




Support Business Management to achieve results and targets
Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term simulations
Cost management and accurate reporting/analysis of cost development
Manage and improve finance processes, automate where possible, in cooperation with the local division
Coordinate financial information with the global Finance team and report to the global Business Line
Graduate in Economics or in Management Engineering
5 years of experience in financial roles and financial business controlling with P&L; and Balance Sheet analysis
Knowledge of MS Office; SAP and CFIN familiarity
Able to work autonomously, curious and proactive
Strong collaboration and communication skills in Italian and English
