In this role you will define and optimize manufacturing methods to industrialize assemblies, working within Cascina Costa's Methods team.
You will specify production workflows, manage the BOM and tool lists, and develop instructional documentation to guide operators.
You'll monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, while providing technical guidance and addressing non-conformities.
This role offers involvement in First Article Inspection support and close collaboration with design and production teams to shape helicopter production processes.

Determine and implement methods to support and optimize product industrialization for assemblies
Identify production workflows and sequence manufacturing activities for efficiency and on-time delivery
Define and require tools needed to realize the product in collaboration with designers
Define, prepare and maintain the Bill of Material (BOM) for assemblies and subassemblies
Define,



monitor and improve KPIs for production processes
Prepare technical documentation (manufacturing methods and work instructions) per project specs and regulations
Provide technical guidance to Production team and resolve non-conformities
Support documentation for First Article Inspection (FAI) when required
Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent)
1-3 years of experience (junior)
Good knowledge of engineering drawings
Good knowledge of main mechanical components of a power transmission system
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
SAP (preferred); ENOVIA (preferred); CATIA V5 (preferred)
