A prestigious international company in Florence seeks a Junior HR Business Partner on a maternity cover contract.
You will partner with managers and employees to support the employee lifecycle and delivery of HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist with onboarding, HR budgeting, performance and salary reviews, and help improve HR systems and processes across the organization.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
