Experteer Overview
In this role you drive regional service operations for Italy, ensuring delivery, service support, and customer satisfaction align with SLAs.
You will partner with global and local teams to maintain service quality, lead incident and change processes, and oversee vendor and contract management.
You'll act as the regional operations lead, coordinating with sales, NOC, and product groups to sustain performance.

Coordinate with NOC, Sales, and Product for in?country service delivery and new opportunities




Represent Operations in local customer meetings and liaise with regulators and authorities as needed
Monitor Service Level Management and sign off on customer SLAs and amendments
Ensure interface with local authorities on fraud?related matters and compliance
Support the business and sales teams with operational input for non?standard opportunities
Escalation point for regional operational issues and participation in local management decisions
Lead country/office operations and liaise with VP of EMEA Operations for alignment
Responsibilities
ITIL Foundation Certification and Intermediate Certifications
Qualifications
Operations Experience
Project Management Experience
Education: BSc in business or analytical field
Understanding of service delivery governance and vendor management
