Business Analyst (m/f/d) Location: Mailand Responsibilities * Technical classification, analysis, and evaluation of data and KPIs to provide a sound basis for decision?making for management and business units * Advising business units and stakeholders on which information and KPIs are relevant for management purposes, focusing on meaningful and effective reports * Development and continuous refinement of purpose?driven, standardized reporting that focuses on business value * Translation of strategic and operational questions into meaningful key performance indicators, analyses, and dashboards * Visualization of data products based on a clear understanding of business logic and processes * Analysis of business processes and interrelationships to identify opportunities for optimization and management * Active participation in the further development of business process, data, and interface architecture * Critical validation, optimization, and consolidation of existing reporting and key performance indicator systems * Close collaboration with business units as a sparring partner on equal footing, not merely in an operational,
