Hotel Domani in Rome is seeking a skilled Sommelier Maître to deliver an exceptional wine experience to guests, including presentation, service, and cellar management.
You will lead wine service at tables, maintain knowledge of our wine list, mentor junior staff, coordinate restocking, and ensure cleanliness and organization across the wine program.
Fluent Italian and English are required; Micros knowledge is a plus.
