As a Construction Manager at Hitachi Rail, you will oversee on-site construction activities for national and international projects from a Turin base.
You'll ensure design and planning compliance, coordinate with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and drive safe, efficient site operations.
You will work within a cross-functional environment to optimize resources and continuously improve processes.

Ensure works quality in line with project design and specifications
Ensure construction activities align with the project planning
Liaise with Customers/Authorities/Contractors/ Partners/ Subcontractors for site handover




Ensure site compliance with HSE management plan
Optimize resources on site within project budget and planning baselines
Develop site-specific plans aligned with project program and budget
Update and improve processes and procedures
Support Construction Manager to ensure material availability on site per Working Schedule
Experience up to 5 years on site activities and workforce management
Fluent in technical drawing and reporting
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (plus)
Good verbal and written communication skills
