The Sales & Marketing division of Randstad Professional, specialized in Middle and Senior Management search and selection, is recruiting on behalf of a Company specialized in the industrial processing of citrus fruits for B2B channels: Tutti i potenziali candidati sono invitati a leggere con attenzione i seguenti dettagli prima di inviare la propria candidatura. International Sales Manager - Juices Main Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in international markets (focus Europa and Asia), mapping out potential industrial clients for the sale of semi-finished products (purees and juices).
Manage and consolidate commercial relationships with acquired clients, ensuring consistent growth in sales volumes.
Understand the technological and formulation needs of clients (R&D;, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production) and propose suitable products.
Independently manage commercial negotiations with large multinational clients in the food & beverage sectors.



Define specific supply contracts and long-term agreements, ensuring the right pricing and supply conditions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the Sales Management.
Collaborate with Italian offices and foreign production sites.
Manage and source traders or agencies within the assigned territory to better develop the client base.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a sales professional in the food ingredients / industrial raw materials sector (B2B).
Possession of an active client portfolio or a consolidated network of contacts within food industries
Fluency English and Italian
Strong result orientation, negotiation skills, proactivity, and the ability to work independently. xrdztoy
