In this role you will build and grow key restaurant partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive their success with data-driven insights.
You'll work cross-functionally to optimize collaborations, promotions, and onboarding, contributing to Glovo's growth in the restaurant category.
You'll own partner performance and help scale revenue through strategic guidance and tailored solutions.

Understand partners' business goals and provide strategic guidance

Drive revenue growth via smart promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver bespoke solutions
Own the partner onboarding process in the app from store setup to initial days on Glovo
2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
Problem solver with a data-driven, analytical approach
Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
Knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
