ZAPI GROUP is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for our Poviglio (RE) headquarters to join the Infrastructure Team.
You will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, perform triage, and resolve common issues across hardware, software, OS, and mobile devices.
You will log requests in our ITSM platform, provide professional user support, and occasionally travel to other offices.
A High School or Bachelor's in electrical/science is required, with English proficiency a must.
