Spandex Italia is seeking a motivated 1st Line IT Help Desk Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team in Bologna.
You will be the first point of contact for internal IT queries, perform initial triage, and log requests in our ITSM system using JIRA.
You should have experience in 1st Line Support, strong customer service, and fluency in Italian with good English.
The role is full-time and on-site, offering a supportive environment and opportunities to grow into more advanced IT roles.
