Senior Hostess – Italian Fine Dining Concept | Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a
cheerful, outgoing, and service?driven Senior Hostess
to join an upscale Italian fine dining restaurant located within a prestigious 5?star luxury property in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a warm, confident hospitality professional who excels in guest engagement, front?of?house coordination, and creating memorable first impressions.
Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor
Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to maintain luxury service standards
Escort guests to tables and ensure prompt assistance throughout their dining experience
Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligned with fine dining expectations
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and preferences with attentiveness
Support the management team in maintaining an organized and efficient front?of?house
Build rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
Assist in managing peak hours and ensuring seamless guest movement
Requirements
Minimum
2–3 years of experience
as a Hostess or Senior Hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong interpersonal skills with a
cheerful, outgoing, and confident personality
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast?paced environment
Knowledge of luxury dining etiquette and guest service standards
Experience in 5?star hotels, luxury restaurants, or high?end dining concepts preferred
Candidates currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply; relocation support available for shortlisted candidates from outside the UAE
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000

Work Schedule
This position follows an operational schedule aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
