In this role you ensure the Flyeye telescope software meets specs and performs reliably from design to deployment.
You will lead verification, validation, and commissioning activities on site, coordinating with software and systems teams.
Your work improves software quality and supports successful field deployment of advanced telescope systems.

Verify software requirements are implemented and tested
Design and maintain test plans, cases, and automated suites
Execute V&V; activities across the software lifecycle
Install/configure system software and site integration tools
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
Support ECSS standards compliance
Contribute to process improvements for software quality and reliability
Own first?line software and control troubleshooting during site integration and stabilization
Responsabilità
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline
Proven experience in software verification & validation or similar role
Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies (functional, integration, system, regression, performance)
Ability to understand software-hardware-operational interactions during commissioning
Structured log analysis, anomaly resolution, and test execution
Good communication and cross-team coordination skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Availability for frequent international travel and on-site deployment support
