SALES ASSISTANT_Boutique Robusto dei Marmi

Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent) , in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For part-time positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Type of Contract: Fixed-term (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

Main duties:

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:

To maximize sales for the store;

To develop enduring relationships with clients;

To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;

To approachcustomers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;

To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;

To understand andbe able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;





To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;

To handle returnsof merchandise;

To maintaina clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;

To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;

To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;

To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;

To maintaincustomer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.

The Candidate:

Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;

Retail or serviceindustry experience;

Great customer service and people skills;

Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;

Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;

Ability to work towards goals;

Strong organizational skills;

Dynamic andcreative.
