Powersoft is the world leader in the design, production, and commercialization of products and patented solutions for applications in the professional audio field, such as big international shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums, airports, train stations, cruises, etc. brSia tra i primi a candidarsi: legga la panoramica completa del ruolo qui sotto, quindi invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione. brFor increasing our RD DSP Control Team in Florence, we are looking for a DSP Control Engineer. brROLE : brDesign and develop of signal processing filters and algorithms. brDesign and develop of feedback control systems. brExisting product maintenance. brInteract and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues. brREQUIREMENTS : brMaster’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in "Automation and Control Electronic Engineering" and educational background in scientific field. brDigital Signal Processing Theory knowledge: the candidate should be familiar with signal processing concepts such as Z-transform, FFT, design methods for linear and minimum phase FIR filters (such as window method or LQ design method), design methods for IIR/biquad filters, digital frequency analysis, processing algorithms such as Xover, equalization, dynamic EQ, multiband limiter, adaptive filters (such as LMS (Gradient method) for linear and non-linear cases),



RLS (Resursive Least Sqare)). brAutomatic Control Theory knowledge: the candidate should be familiar with concepts of Automatic Control Theory such as: S-transform (Laplace transform), eigenvalues of a dynamical system, stability observability and controllability of a dynamical system, Sampled Data Control Systems , design of state observers (e.g. Luenberger observer), design of feedback controllers (such as: Direct Synthesis Techniques, PID, optimal LQ Control, feedback linearization, constrained predictive control). brC language and GIT (source code review systems) knowledge: this knowledge is necessary for the implementation of control and filtering algorithms in our products. brAbility to meet deadline and adapt to changing priorities and strong problem solving skills. brMatlab/SPICE/Lt-Spice or other electronics simulation tools. brAbility to write and speak in English. brNICE TO HAVE : brPassion for music / passion for audio. brKnowledge of acoustic and electro acoustic stuff. brKnowledge of finite elements simulation tool. brKnowledge of C programming language. brPassion for mechanics and mechatronics stuff. brbrENVIRONMENT: brPioneer, competent and inspired, creatives and innovators – We are renowned for our technological leadership. xrdbqlu brTeamwork-oriented, welcoming, and ambitious – we focus on developing one’s potential, and we cherish profound collaborations that allow us to discover new points of view.
