We are working with a market leading insurance Broker seeking an legal graduate in Milan. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A; insurance industry.
About the role:
As an Analyst in the broking team on transactional insurance deals, the M&A; Analyst will support M&A; processes in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A; and corporate transactions.
Responsibilities include:
Analysing M&A; documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies
Directly supporting senior underwriters on live M&A; deals
Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A; deal flow by updating the team with M&A; deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs,



and utilizing the team's IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of M&A; deals
Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and investment managers.
Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings
About you:
Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in Law is desirable.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Creative, flexible, and solution-driven
Self-starters who are intellectually curious
Have the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Italian
