About The Role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for international positions. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a diverse, global team on recruitment projects across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates for international opportunities.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while keeping recruitment records up to date.
Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication.




Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities, market trends, and business needs.
Requirements
At least 1 year of recruitment experience
Previous freelance experience with strong time-management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
