ph3Job Description /h3 pTo strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization. /li liResponsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory. /li liIndependently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations. /li liBuild and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage.



/li liAnalyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing. /li li2-5 years of experience in sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liStrong sense of accountability as well commitment. /li liSelf-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities. /li liFull proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus. /li /ul pType of contract and salary will be based on experience. /p pLocations: Piombino Dese (PD) or Bologna (BO) /p h3About Us /h3 pWe are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
