Job Description
We are seeking
Network Technicians
to deliver onsite IT and network support services at the locations of a leading international retail client.
This is a
freelance, on-demand opportunity
, with assignments offered based on your location and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity-related issues.
Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi?Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
Carry out hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
Complete service reports and update support tickets following each onsite visit.
Work closely with remote support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
At least
2 years of experience
in onsite IT support or network support.
Strong understanding of
LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN
.
Hands?on experience with networking equipment from
Cisco, HP,



Aruba, Fortinet
, or equivalent vendors.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluent in
Italian
.
Good command of
English (mandatory)
.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA
,
CompTIA Network+
, or an equivalent networking certification.
Previous experience providing IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
