Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - Process Engineer
In this role you will support the industrialization of innovative wearable and smart electronic products from development to ramp-up.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define robust production processes and ensure repeatable quality.
You will optimize glue dispensing and bonding processes, drive trial runs and validation, and prepare handover documentation.
This is a hands?on role at the Agordo site, with international collaboration and a focus on scalable, efficient manufacturing.
You will help shape next?generation assembly capabilities and contribute to a global transformation in eyewear manufacturing.

Set up and optimize manufacturing processes for new wearable and smart electronic products
Define and validate process parameters, focusing on glue dispensing, bonding control, and assembly stability
Evaluate glue deposition quality, detect deviations, and adjust settings for repeatability and efficiency




Support trial runs, validation, troubleshooting and ramp-up with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering
Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and standards for production handover
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during industrialization phases, including training and projects abroad
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Materials Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years in process engineering, NPI, industrialization or manufacturing process set-up in assembly or high?precision production environments
Knowledge of process set-up, parameter definition, process control and validation methodologies
Experience with glue dispensing, bonding applications, adhesive control or similar assembly processes
Ability to assess glue deposition correctness, identify defects, and propose process adjustments
Analytical mindset, hands?on approach and strong collaboration with cross?functional teams
