ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you lead advanced planning and scheduling for large projects, shaping project plans and control strategies. You will coordinate WBS/CBS definitions with project teams and contractors, and deliver meaningful progress, risk, and report analyses. You’ll apply probabilistic and critical-path analysis to optimise timelines and resource usage, driving timely project delivery. You join a values-driven firm delivering impactful programmes across real estate and infrastructure, offering a collaborative, flexible environment with growth opportunities. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliImplement Planning/Scheduling strategy and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles /liliCoordinate development of WBS and CBS with key project stakeholders /liliPrepare staffing, engineering, construction progress, and customised reports /liliPerform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules /liliConduct schedule analysis:



critical path and schedule risk /liliAnalyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions /liliContribute Integrated Planning/Scheduling to Monthly Project Reports and other presentations /liliAssess schedule impact of variances/change orders /liliPrepare resourcing plans for project phases and advise on peak leveling /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliExpertise in project controls and time/schedule management /liliExtensive experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) /liliAbility to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliTenacity and drive to add value and create solutions /liliAbility to build good working relationships within project teams /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
