Junior Analyst - Compliance & Security

The role involves providing the necessary support to ensure that the company’s products, services and processes operate in compliance with national and international regulations on data protection, cybersecurity and governance, with the dual aim of ensuring high standards of security and reliability for our clients and contributing to internal training and the promotion of a culture of security and compliance within the company.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the team in managing and monitoring compliance with ICT regulatory requirements, in particular the GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA;

- Collaborate on the analysis of IT and compliance risks, participating in control activities and the continuous improvement of processes;

- Contribute to the drafting, review and dissemination of company policies, procedures and guidelines on information security, data protection and governance;

- Support internal and external audit activities, gathering evidence and preparing reports for the control functions;





- Take partin regulatory compliance projects and the implementation of security measures within processes and systems;

- Collaborate with the IT, Legal and Business teams to ensure that company initiatives are consistent with security and compliance requirements;

- Contribute to internal training and the promotion of a culture of security and compliance within the company.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of the main security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, OWASP);

- Understanding of the concepts of risk management, data protection, business continuity and cybersecurity governance;

- Familiarity with ICT processes and the fintech/banking technology sector is an advantage;

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

- Excellentcommand of English (minimum B2 level).

Education:

- Degree in computer science, engineering, law, economics or equivalent;

- Specialist courses in compliance are considered an advantage.
