About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Controller – International Subsidiaries to support the economic and financial control of our foreign Subsidiaries, reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the monthly management closing process across our international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with deadlines and Group reporting procedures.
- Analyze financial and accounting data, prepare budgets and forecasts, with a strong focus on the Profit & Loss statement.
- Prepare periodic management reports and perform variance analysis.
- Maintain and continuously improve Group's financial controlling model,



supporting process optimization and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Fluent English (written and spoken);

- A Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Management Control, FP&A;, Audit, or Consulting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Availability to travel internationally

Employment Type: Employee, full-time. CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria. Range RAL 35.000 € - 40.000 €
