the horizon. ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA Opening in mid-2026 on Via
Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will
be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of
la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The
property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a
spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking
views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. Join Experimental and

hospitality come together on the Roman scene. ABOUT THE JOB Under
the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you will be
responsible for guest reception and overall guest relations during
the night shift, as well as handling reservations. Your
responsibilities will include: Providing each guest with a warm,
personalized night-time welcome, Contributing to ongoing guest
satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in compliance with
standards and procedures, Being responsible for the hotel after the
day management team has left, Contributing to the achievement of
qualitative objectives within the Front Office department, Ensuring
the safety of guests and property, Setting up the breakfast buffet,
Handling guest comments, requests, and potential complaints
professionally, Anticipating and responding to guest needs,
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring this
process is as quick as possible, Informing guests about stay
conditions, formalities, and hotel services, Managing phone calls
and the reservations schedule, Following up on guest requests
(wake-up calls, taxis, in-room breakfast, etc.), Preparing reports
on activities and any incidents occurring during the shift,
Ensuring that all guest information documents are available and up
to date, Promoting the hotel’s services to maximize sales, Applying
and explaining the hotel’s pricing policy, Being responsible for
the cash register,
Complying with payment and invoicing procedures,
Ensuring cleanliness of the reception area, Checking and verifying
daily reservations, as well as summaries of off-site bookings.
ABOUT YOU You have at least two years of experience in a similar
role. Dynamic and proactive, you demonstrate a strong sense of
service excellence. You have an excellent professional appearance,
are reliable, and are always attentive to guest needs. You show
rigor and strong organizational skills and work very well as part
of a team. You are passionate about your profession and possess
excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are fluent in
Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is an advantage
for this position. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and the
