Overview Experteer Overview As a Security Client Technical Solutioner at Kyndryl, you will work closely with customers to understand their security needs and craft tailored technical solutions that address complex challenges. You'll support solutioning and bid processes, quantify cost models, and drive profitable deals while ensuring customer success. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and influence high-level discussions to showcase business and technical value. This role offers opportunities to standardize go-to-market pitches and shape the firm's security solutions across industries. Responsibilities * Understand customer security needs and translate them into tailored solutions * Support technical solutioning and Solutioning Managers during customer discussions * Develop winning cost models and lead deals to profitability * Contribute to contract negotiations and smooth engagement hand-overs * Compile and present final solution documents,



ensuring clarity and accuracy * Standardize go-to-market pitches across industries and craft differentiated propositions * Assist in bid submissions and gather technical insights from stakeholders Qualifications * 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Security Architectures and Services * Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models * Ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements * Understanding of infrastructure management, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems * Excellent customer and presentation skills * Fluent Italian and English * Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or advisory roles (preferred) * Knowledge of cloud architectures, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems * Experience supporting sales efforts and contributing to proposals Benefits * Be Well program * Hybrid-friendly culture * Continuous learning and certifications * Opportunities for career growth * Microsoft, Google, and Amazon certifications * Coaching and hands-on experiences #J-*****-Ljbffr
