World Food Programme in Bhutan is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a mid-term review of the CPS **********) with a focus on learning and actionable recommendations. You will facilitate desk reviews, field visits, and consultations with government partners, donors and stakeholders to inform the CSP's adaptive management and future direction.
