We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic R&D; Officer to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional passionate about innovation in cosmetics,
healthcare products, and medical devices.
The successful candidate will support the development of new products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Key activities
Support the formulation and development of cosmetic and medical device products.
Conduct laboratory trials, prototype preparation, and product evaluations.
Assist in the execution and documentation of stability, compatibility, and performance testing.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Support product transfer activities from laboratory scale to industrial production.
Participate in competitive benchmarking and ingredient research.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications.
Contribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy. Related scientific discipline.
Basic knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles.
Experience
Previous internship or 0-2 years of experience in R&D;, formulation,
laboratory testing, or product development is preferred.
Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer healthcare products is a plus.
Technical Skills
Understanding of laboratory practices and analytical testing.
Familiarity with cosmetic and/or medical device regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
Soft Skills
Strong curiosity and passion for innovation.
Scientific mindset and attention to detail.
Organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
