-- Project and Specification Manager – Protective Coatings, Infrastructure Location: Italy – covering South Europe – Italy Your Role As a Project and Specification Manager specializing in Protective Coatings for the Civil Infrastructure sector, you play a pivotal role in contributing to the sustainable growth of PPG's Protective Coatings Infrastructure business.
We focus on safeguarding valuable assets, such as data centers, battery manufacturing plants, road/rail bridges, and airports facilities, exposed to various atmospheric conditions.

Execute Value Selling for our products and services to both new and existing customers.
Ensure the achievement of short- and medium-term sales and margin targets.
Conduct impactful visits to key industry players, including owners, engineering/architects, and EPCs.
Prepare Key Account plans and maintain your Projects pipeline in Salesforce.com.
Expand your internal network to learn, gain support, and accelerate your impact!
Responsibilities Pipeline Management and Project Ownership: Proactively identify opportunities within the Civil Infrastructure market segment.
Research and gather leads from online databases, owners, EPCs, and key industry players.
Maintain and nurture a pipeline that aligns with annual and quarterly sales budgets.
Collaborate with the Segment Manager to select target and must-win projects.
Take ownership of projects/opportunities within your portfolio, managing them until the contracting stage.
Provide pricing recommendations to contractors.
Play a crucial role in securing cross-border project wins, working with global E
