La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.A well-established engineering consulting firm is looking for a Design Manager for a Data Center project in the Milan area.
This will be a 12 month project and would see you being responsible for the technical coordination of an interdisciplinary design teamResponsibilities will include:Management of coordination activities in a BIM environment, formulating inputs and observationsVerification of the qualitative and quantitative technical contents of the design in relation to the project requirements in the various phases of workVerification of the work carried out by external consultantsCoordination of permitting activities and specialist consultancy to obtain building permitsPreparation of summary reports relating to the various project phases for the company managementManagement and monitoring of planning, verification,
and control of the execution timesCollaboration with field staff and / or with departmental colleagues to anticipate and resolve projects-related problemsCollaboration with managers of various disciplines to maintain a strong team, cultivating the relationships between each specialist groupCandidate profile:Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar roleStrong command of English (B2/C1 level) and a good working knowledge of Italian (B1/B2 level).
Good knowledge of single xysqume text of the legislative and regulatory provisions on construction in Italy, AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platformKnowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plusProven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plusGood knowledge and experience with project management proceduresRegular on-site presence is required; projects are located inthe Milan metropolitan area
