YOUR IMPACT As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers with the architecture of OpenText solutions (e.g. our xECM Platform) and their migration into the cloud.
You will work closely with delivery, presales and sales colleagues to realize end-to-end projects, including AI projects.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS As a Senior Consultant (EIM Solutions) you will be advising our customers on the design, implementation and migration of OpenText Content Management and CCM solutions (including cloud implementations) Conducting detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable solutions Creating solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans Supporting with presales, technical escalations and alignments with customers Advising our customers on best practices WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Several years of professional experience in ECM systems (or ERP or CRM) Proficiency in software development, e.g. in ABAP, .
NET,
