Job Description

The Retail Excellence Specialist is responsible for the execution of the projects assigned in the Customer Experience area by the Retail Excellence Manager for the perimeter of the Marina Rinaldi direct stores. The core responsibilities also include analysing, designing, implementing and monitoring e-learning training tools for sales personnel. The main objectives of the RES, managing the assigned topics, are :

1. Operationally implement initiatives aimed at improving the offline Consumer Experience in collaboration with the retail network (Retail Supervisors and Store Managers)

2. Provide training at the points of sale, identifying training interventions based on established priorities and company requirements, planning and providing this training

3. Provide the REM with the necessary feedback collected from the network on the execution of projects aimed at improving the in-store consumer experience
