Satispay is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (Transactional) to draft, negotiate, and shape strategy for key B2B agreements across business lines.
You will lead contract templates, oversee SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts, and guide tender processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance legal risk with growth while driving negotiation automation with AI.
8+ years of experience in commercial law preferred.
