Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
Negotiate important commercial and contractual terms




Promote the Group's service offerings and maintain ongoing customer relationships
Lead sourcing and selection for talent pipelines and coordinate with recruiters
Develop and monitor business plans, budgets, forecasts, and key metrics
Manage profit and loss for the profit center, including investments and invoicing processes
At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector
Strong business aptitude and commercial acumen
Excellent listening, communication, and proactive/autonomous mindset
Team player with ability to manage priorities
