DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Store Design & Construction Department , supporting the design and execution of works related to BATA & AW LAB stores across Western Europe,
both retail and franchising.
The resource will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role provides a well-rounded introduction to store development processes, combining design, coordination, and project management aspects.
KEY CHALLENGES:
- Support in drafting and structuring projects in line with the BATA & AW LAB concepts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, corporate strategies, and evolving sales formats
- Support in coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective monitoring of timelines, results, and follow-up actions
- Support in updating technical drawings (e.G., layouts, store plans, electrical diagrams) using AutoCAD
- Support in preparing and managing project technical and administrative documentation
- Support during the initial and final testing phases of the stores before their opening, contributing to the verification of the effectiveness of the implemented solutions
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- University in progress or degree in Architecture , Industrial Design or Surveyor
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawing programme
- Good knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop graphics programmes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to details
- Proactive and creative mindset
- Collaborative and cooperative attitude
- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
LANGUAGES:
- Italian Mother tongue
- Good Knowledge of English
- Spanish (nice to have)
