In this role, you will lead lifecycle and systems growth for HVAC in Europe, coordinating across sales, product, service, and operations to embed lifecycle solutions in the sales motion.
You'll drive profitable growth, improve win rates, and expand long-term service revenue.
You'll partner with regional sales teams and support service sellers to align strategy with regional markets and lifecycle offerings.
This is a strategically influential, cross-functional leadership role with a regional focus and MEA support as needed.

Capture and prioritize market opportunities with regional field teams, focusing on installed base potential and growth segments
Own portfolio performance across Europe: product performance, win rate trends, margins, and competitive positioning
Lead NPI strategy for lifecycle and systems portfolio in collaboration with GPS
Drive pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and negotiation discipline to improve win rates and protect margins
Collaborate on sales enablement with L&D; and GPS to build commercial and technical capabilities
Provide strategic deal support for must-win and complex deals,
including value proposition and commercial strategy
Coordinate demand planning with S&OP; to improve forecast accuracy and lead times
Establish KPI governance and structured review cadence for transparency and accountability
Support regional launches of lifecycle solutions (e.G., OpenBlue / Smart Ready) and ensure go-to-market adoption
Partner with Service Growth and Global LCS to embed lifecycle and digital solutions and align with long-term service revenue goals
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Significant experience in Industrial Refrigeration or adjacent technical industry
Proven track record in commercial leadership, product/portfolio management, or solution sales
Strong understanding of systems sales and lifecycle service business models
Demonstrated ability to drive performance across multi-country, matrix organizations
Strong analytical and financial acumen (pricing, margin, business case development)
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
