-- Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve dealer technical support tickets via the online warranty/technical portal, providing repair strategies; Conduct advanced diagnostic activities: DTC reading, guided functions, coding/parametrization, ECU software updates; Perform vehicle diagnostic testing and road tests to reproduce malfunctions and collect data; Participate in daily technical alignment meetings with the internal engineering team.
Requirements 1+ years in automotive diagnostics/after?sales/R Expertise across Body, Paint, Powertrain, Chassis, Electronics; Fluent Italian Availability for international travel when required.
