ppWe are seeking bNetwork Technicians /b to deliver onsite IT and network support services at the locations of a leading international retail client.
/p pThis is a bfreelance, on-demand opportunity /b, with assignments offered based on your location and availability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
/li liTroubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity-related issues.
/li liInstall, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
/li liCarry out hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
/li liComplete service reports and update support tickets following each onsite visit.
/li liWork closely with remote support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least b2 years of experience /b in onsite IT support or network support.
/li liStrong understanding of bLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN /b.
/li liHands-on experience with networking equipment from bCisco,



HP, Aruba, Fortinet /b, or equivalent vendors.
/li liExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
/li liValid driver's license and willingness to travel.l /liliGood command of bEnglish (mandatory) /b.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul libCCNA /b, bCompTIA Network+ /b, or an equivalent networking certification.
/li liPrevious experience providing IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
