/p /brh3Job Description /h3 /brpHitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic, self?motivated bControl Center System Engineer /b.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in the rail industry, managing wayside installation design and routing cables along the track and within technical rooms.
This position is based in Italy.
/p /brh3Accountabilities /h3 /brul /brliWork Package Management /li /brliSupport the management of the full lifecycle of the OCC Work Package from design to commissioning /li /brliSupport or manage the planning, and deliverables in line with project milestones /li /brliMonitor progress, costs, and resource allocation /li /brliReport status, risks, and performance to the WPL, to the Project Engineer and to the Project Manager.
/li /brliContribute to the coordination of engineering activities related to OCC systems, including: System integration and external interfaces; oversee system architecture, configuration, and validation /li /brliSupport to ensure proper integration and standardization of all the different technologies in the Control Center like: Signalling systems, SCADA, Telecommunications (GSM-R / FRMCS, Power supply and trackside equipment /li /brliPartecipate to the analysis and management of system and contractual requirements /li /brliSupport the Requirements Management Process for the Integrated OCC (requirements identification, allocation, traceability, etc.)



making sure the requirements are development up to the final validation /li /brliSupport RAMS activities and safety case contributions /li /brliSupport to traceability between requirements, design, and validation /li /brliSupport on?site commissioning and entry?into?service phases /li /brliEnsure readiness and quality of deliverables for customer acceptance /li /brliSupport the WPL in the role of primary point of contact for OCC?related topics towards the customer /li /brliInterface with internal departments (Engineering, VV, Installation, Safety, RAMS) /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3 /brul /brliKnowledge of system integration and interface management /li /brliOperation Control Center and Traffic Management Systems /li /brliTeam coordination capabilities /li /brliProblem?solving in complex and safety?critical environments /li /brliEffective communication and stakeholder management /li /brliResults?oriented with delivery focus /li /br /ul /brh3Education / Qualifications /h3 /brpDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Computer Science, or Transport Engineering).
/p /brh3Languages /h3 /brul /brliFluent English /li /brliItalian or other languages considered a plus.
/li /br /ul /brpAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l'industria metalmeccanica privata e l'installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
