ph3Job Title: Technical Trainer Software Support Specialist – CAD/CAE (IGE?XAO / ETAP) /h3pLocation: Bergamo, Italy /ppEmployment Type: Full?time /ph3Overview /h3pThis role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem?solving, and continuous improvement.
Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE?XAO/ETAP CAD?CAE software solutions.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver technical training sessions on IGE?XAO/ETAP electrical CAD?CAE software to customers and partners.
/liliProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
/liliPrepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
/liliAssist in pre?sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
/li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
/liliExperience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
/liliStrong communication and presentation skills.
/liliAbility to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.




/liliWillingness to work on?site tempo pieno in Bergamo.
/li /ulh3Desired Skills /h3ulliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.
/liliFamiliarity with IGE?XAO or ETAP products.
/liliStrong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.
/liliCuriosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
/liliReliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
