Commercial Channel Partner Business Manager - Focus Print
As Commercial Channel Partner Business Manager, you will drive growth through strategic Tier-2 resellers by aligning HP offerings with partner capabilities.
You work cross-functionally to transform market insights into opportunities and lead co-selling efforts and joint plans.
You'll shepherd HP's ecosystem, promote the portfolio, and advance the Amplify program and GBU initiatives.
This role blends relationship leadership with data-driven decision making to boost HP share of wallet and position HP as the OEM of choice.

Manage relationships with assigned Commercial Tier-2 resellers
Analyze market trends and align HP objectives with partner capabilities to uncover opportunities
Consult partners on growth strategies, create data-driven joint business plans, and coordinate with HP and partner sales teams
Enable partners with actions to grow their business in line with HP
Coordinate HPs ecosystem as point-guard for co-selling, resolve issues,
and drive quota achievement through transactional and relationship selling
Promote HP offerings leveraging deep portfolio knowledge
Drive Amplify program and GBU initiatives
Engage with country PBMs to communicate goals, plans, and aggregate Joint Business Plans
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar
Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and driving growth
Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics
Strong understanding of market trends and turning insights into opportunities
