Job Title: Partner Account Manager
Location: Italy (Hybrid)
Salary: €90k base + premio

Role:
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with existing partners across Italy,
including Microsoft-focused MSPs and System Integrators
- Drive partner growth through joint business planning, enablement initiatives and co-selling activities
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partner accounts and support partners throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver product training, sales enablement and ongoing support to maximise partner success
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing and technical teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Build strong executive-level relationships within partner organisations while maintaining accurate partner plans and forecasts
About you:
- 4+ years' experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales or Alliance Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Experience managing Microsoft partners, MSPs or System Integrators
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and the wider partner landscape
- Proven track record of growing partner revenue through enablement, relationship management and joint sales initiatives
- Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable collaborating across sales, technical and marketing teams to deliver partner success
- Self-motivated, organised and passionate about building long-term strategic partnerships
