In this role you drive profitable growth for Regional B2C channels by partnering with GTM and Cluster teams, delivering data-driven insights to support regional strategies.
You own P&Ls; for key channels, lead forecasting, and guide budget allocation to enable execution with excellence.
You will collaborate across Finance, GTM, and regional leaders to shape investment decisions and performance.

Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams to drive profitable growth through sound financial decisions
Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls;, set targets, establish spending guidelines, monitor progress
Lead forecasting via channel strategy, guidelines, and bottom-up customer planning




Coordinate cluster execution planning and budget appropriation aligned with product/category strategy
Coordinate Finance Team efforts to help clusters achieve targets through actionable analytics
Provide guidance on Top Accounts performance and investment optimization
Supervise customer onboarding/de-boarding processes from the Finance side
FP&A; experience of 7–10 years in international environments (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry)
Advanced Excel user, familiar with ESSbase and Oracle
University Degree
Self-motivated and agile in fast-changing business context
Ability to prioritize and structure work while enabling pace and controls
Experience in matrix/functional, multicultural environments
Comfortable communicating with management
