KERING People Insights & Analytics Partner
In this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions.
You will act as HR reporting SME, building scalable analytics for Houses and Group HR.
You'll evolve reporting from descriptive to AI-enabled insights and help raise data literacy.
You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create value through predictive analytics and workforce planning.

Design, develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics in Workday and Power BI
Translate business requirements into user-centric reporting solutions for HR and stakeholders
Build cross-functional dashboards combining HR and business data
Lead advanced analytics initiatives including predictive analytics and attrition modelling
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging analytics capabilities
Ensure data quality,



governance and a scalable analytics environment
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR reporting solutions
Promote data literacy via training and enablement for HR teams
Act as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions
Master's degree in a related field
Significant experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics or BI roles
Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Microsoft Power BI
Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions for senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of HR data and analytics methodologies
Experience with advanced analytics or AI-enabled analytics is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, international and matrix environments
