In this role you will lead sustainability reporting, governance, and engagement to embed ESG requirements into business actions.
You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective sustainability communication.
The position focuses on driving a culture of sustainability across the organization and supporting the House's priorities in a global luxury context.

Lead sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee governance frameworks and data governance for sustainability initiatives
Drive sustainability engagement, training, and change management across the organization
Develop tools and materials to strengthen sustainability knowledge for retail teams and clients
Embed sustainability into fashion shows, events, and external partnerships
Represent Sustainability in cross-functional forums and influence stakeholders
Support evolution of the sustainability roadmap and priorities
7-10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields
Strong expertise in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and regulations
Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in international environments
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and presenting at executive level
