Payer Value Demonstration Lead

In this role, you will design evidence-based payer value propositions and develop Global Value Dossiers to support global coverage submissions.
You will tailor narratives for diverse populations in collaboration with Global Market Access and Policy Evidence teams, guiding local teams worldwide.
You will lead the creation and redaction of GVDs and payer presentations, coordinating internal reviews.
You will educate stakeholders and explore innovative approaches to improve reimbursement strategies, with travel up to 25%.
This position sits within bioMérieux's Global Market Access team in Clinical Operations and drives value-based outcomes.
Design and refine payer value propositions for specific populations and coverage needs
Review evidence, literature, and generation plans to inform payer materials
Draft Global Value Dossiers and executive summaries;
create payer presentations
Coordinate internal reviews and ensure alignment with market access strategy




Educate local market access experts on material and support reimbursement submissions
Collaborate with global Market Access, Payer Policy Evidence Assessment, and Medical Affairs teams
Explore innovative tools and approaches to support global reimbursement and bundled payments
Stay abreast of regulatory trends and evolving methodologies
Master in Public Health
Publication expertise in medical writing or scientific communication
Diagnostic or medical device industry experience preferred
Ability to write GVDs, executive summaries, and payer presentations
Ability to solve highly complex problems and propose paths forward
Fluent written English;
