/p h3Role Description /h3 pThe successful candidate will join bDolceGabbana Beauty /b Divions, in particular bDG Beauty Global Controlling Team /b, working closely with HQ functions and regional organizations.
The role focuses on business controlling activities, including budgeting and forecasting by region, channel and product profitability analysis, and overall business performance reporting.
/p pThe bGlobal Margin Controlling Manager /b is accountable for defining and delivering target margins across Beauty projects, ensuring the execution of all required activities to meet the Strategic Plan and Budget objectives by governing the key levers (net revenues, pricing, commercial conditions, channel mix, axis mix and market mix).
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liLead the budgeting, forecasting, monthly review and mid-term planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables and producing detailed analyses and reports /li liSupport regional top management with high-impact presentations and dashboards on key projects and business priorities /li liOversee net revenues, margin and profitability analyses by product, line, channel, axis and region,



translating insights into actionable recommendations /li liDefine target margins and calculate ROI by initiative through robust economic and financial modelling /li liMonitor business performance on a regular basis, performing variance analyses and identifying key drivers and risks/opportunities /li liDeliver monthly results and closing reports, as well as quarterly and annual financial packages, in collaboration with regional teams and Global Finance /li liDevelop and continuously improve reporting across business dimensions and the related systems and tools /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field; /li li5+ years of experience in controlling/FPA; prior experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus.
/li liFluent in English (written and spoken).
/li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI tools (ideally Power BI and Anaplan).

/li /ul h3Offer /h3 pbWorking hours: /b full-time /p h3Compensation /h3 pThe compensation will be defined within a range bbetween €50K and €65K /b, based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as: /p ul liprofessional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; /li litechnical and specialized skills relevant to the role; /li lidemonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; /li lijob classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement; /li lialignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
