ppFull-time | Permanent /p pWe are looking for a hands-on bAI Automation Engineer /b to design, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that directly support business operations.
This role is delivery-focused, working at pace to turn real business needs into working AI capabilities embedded in day?to?day workflows.
/p pThe first major initiative will be the development of a bsales enablement AI agent /b, providing real?time product guidance, compliance support, and alternative product recommendations to internal sales teams.
You will work closely with IT, data, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with governance and architectural standards.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDesign and build AI agents that support core business processes, starting with sales enablement.
/li liDevelop GenAI?powered solutions that deliver accurate, real?time product, compliance, and recommendation outputs.
/li liIntegrate AI solutions with internal systems, structured data sources, documentation repositories, and external APIs.
/li liDeploy AI solutions into live environments, ensuring usability, scalability, and strong user adoption.
/li liContinuously improve AI solutions based on user feedback, usage patterns, and business outcomes.
/li liBuild and maintain APIs, workflows, and backend services supporting AI functionality.
/li liWork closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
/li liEnsure adherence to internal AI governance, security policies, and data protection standards.
/li liIdentify and deliver additional AI use cases as part of a scalable AI capability roadmap.




/li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience building AI solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
/li liStrong understanding of API integrations and connectors for internal and external data sources.
/li liUnderstanding of Generative AI / LLM concepts and implementation approaches.
/li liExperience integrating AI into business workflows and operational processes.
/li liFamiliarity with Azure or Microsoft cloud environments.
/li liPython or similar programming language is a plus for advanced integrations or backend services.

/li liExperience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure).
/li liHands?on experience with Copilot Studio or equivalent AI agent/automation platforms.
/li liStrong understanding of API integrations and connectors.
/li liPractical experience applying AI or automation to business processes.
/li liExperience working collaboratively across IT and business teams.
/li liExposure to Agentic AI or workflow?based AI systems.
/li liExperience with structured and unstructured data sources.
/li liFamiliarity with data platforms or integration layers.
/li liUnderstanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
/li liExperience with Python or similar languages.
