/p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior MTE Engineer /b who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production.
The role collaborates closely with RD, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
/p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
/li liSupport NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
/li liDesign, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
/li liPerform GRR, correlation studies and capability analysis.
/li liAnalyze test data,
identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
/li liImprove yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liCollaborate with RD, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
/li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports.
/li liProvide technical training and support to production teams.
/li liDrive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies.
/li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
/li liExperience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics.
/li liKnowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies.
/li liExperience with data analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
/li liFamiliarity with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment.
/li liKnowledge of hardware-software integration and test validation.
/liliExperience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments.
/li liStrong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/li liExperience in one or more domains (Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional or Software Test) is considered a strong advantage.
