Nobel Recruitment is supporting a European energy intelligence scale-up to own the Italian market from the ground up. This founding commercial role focuses on outbound/inbound with a target in the region of €250k-€300k ARR, and deal sizes typically between €10k and €50k.
Expect close collaboration with a small, high-performing team and strong emphasis on relationships. Expect regular travel to events and customer visits, with remote work within Italy (ideally Milan-based).
